Mental Fit

MentalFit is webservice that provides a convenient solution for patients seeking quality psychological assistance, as well as for practicing psychologists wishing to offer their services in an online format.

Problems: People who are looking for mental health support, as wel as those offering it, want to have confidence in thr service they use. For client, this means they care about keeping their information private and making sure the therapists they work with are ethical and skilled. They also want the freedom to find and pick a therapist on their own.
Both clients and therapists value being able to schedule therapists value being able to schedule therapy at times that best for them.

Solution:
The main focus during development was on creating and well-structured that allows users to familiarize themselves with our services, highlight platform features, and provide a detailed description og offering. Additionally, we aimed to simplify the appointment booking process, which is often a major issue for user. Throughout the project, we applied design thinking principles to identify and address user issues, as well as delved into psychological aspects to created an intuitive and user friendly webservice.
