Chocolate mousse with cottage cheese: with the benefit for the figure.
per 100 grams 94.91 kcal
Ingredients:
* low-fat cottage cheese - 300 grams
* natural yoghurt - 100 grams
* cocoa - 1 tbsp
* gelatine – 15 grams
* water – 30 ml
* sweetener – to taste
Cooking:
  • Yoghurt, cottage cheese, sweetener and cocoa to whip in a blender until homogeneous.
  • Gelatin soak in cold water for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Put a pan of gelatin on the fire, not boiling.
  • Add gelatin to the chocolate cream and to stir thoroughly.
  • Beat cream with a mixer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour mousse into the ice-cream bowl, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Optionally, you can add nuts.

  • at the end we make a drawing and we send to bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees
