My name is Dmitry. I am a beginner Front-end developer, but I am interested in exploring other areas of development. Therefore, I plan to learn new technologies and programming languages. My first goal is to become a FullStack web application developer. If a company provides an opportunity to develop as a specialist in a different field, I would be very happy about it.
I am highly motivated to learn new things and connect with new people. I want to join a friendly and responsible team where we can help each other. Why did I choose IT? I became interested in this field back in high school. It was fascinating to control a computer using commands. An interesting fact: the first language I learned was JavaScript. Over time, it became my primary programming language. In addition to JS/HTML/CSS, I’ve also studied Python/Java/PHP/C++, but none of them stuck. Rigorous studies in university in other fields deterred my desire to become a developer.
Back then, I believed I would pursue a career related to my degree. When I received my bachelor’s diploma, I questioned what to do next. Of course, I pursued a master’s degree, but now, having completed the fifth year, I am dropping out. Between the fourth year and now, I worked as a bartender in a local pub. This job inspired me to return to the IT field.
By leaving my job and studies at the university, I started relearning the long-forgotten Front-End. And I don’t regret it. I really enjoy the path I’ve chosen, and I am ready to learn new advancements and achieve new heights with my future family and team.
