Простой вопрос, на который я не могу ответить

1. Вот мой css, вот цвет вот этой ссылка  #3c83da как мне заменить на этот цвет #ACC8CC, сам я нашел в css и заменил но почему то не работает, возможно я делаю что то не так

Не зная id или class кнопки, думаю, мы не сможем ответить на Ваш вопрос.

Смотрите в инспекторе, какой стиль применяется. может кто-то и подсказал бы, вот только исходных данных не хватает, css и скриншот - это как гадание по фотографии. дайте ссылку на сайт

Этот синий цвет появляется при наведении, hover с соответствующим цветом я не нашел, возможно hover задается посредством js или jquery
