We are seeking a Financial Advisor with expertise in developing financial models, operational plans, and business plans for startups and small businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience creating detailed financial forecasts, budgeting strategies, and presentation-ready documents to support investment and business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Modeling:

    • Build comprehensive financial models in Excel or Google Sheets to assess profitability and key business indicators.

    • Create multiple business scenarios (realistic, pessimistic, optimistic) for risk evaluation.

    • Analyze and forecast revenue, variable and fixed costs, and investment needs.

  2. Operational Planning:

    • Develop a detailed operational plan with monthly expenses, income projections, and break-even analysis.

    • Monitor short-term financial performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

    • Identify strategies to avoid cash flow gaps in the first year of operations.

  3. Business Plan Development:

    • Craft an investor-ready business plan that includes:

      • Business idea overview.

      • Market analysis and competitive environment.

      • Marketing strategies.

      • Financial calculations and projections.

    • Highlight key growth stages and profitability milestones.

  4. Strategic Advisory:

    • Provide insights on strategic, tactical, and operational financial planning.

    • Offer recommendations for attracting investments and scaling operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial planning for startups or small businesses.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow analysis, and break-even points.

  • Ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations and investor materials.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of startup cost structures, revenue models, and market strategies.

  • Location: Remote

  • Language: Russian and English preferred
