Simple web site design (no scripts) + flash banner

Simple web site design for a fruit&veg company. I have pictures, logo, prefered color scheme, content. I have also picked a template I thought of using for this web site which I can pass on to you. But if you can come up with an original design that's even better.

Simple html site with 6 sections. Plus a flash banner to go on top of the site that has rotating pictures and slogans of the company. No frames. Main concern of the client is that the site has to look modern, they have an average looking site now that they are getting sick of and need a fresh new look online.

After the site is completed it will also need to be "converted" into a brochure with each of the site's pages corresponding to a separate page in the brochure, simple cut and paste and tweak a little to fit the printed page. Ongoing exchange, feedback and communication through MSN (or ICQ) during the project execution. Prefer to pay at the end but part payment after producing original design and flash banner can be arranged.

I'm a freelancer in Sydney, Australia and I'm getting too much work at the moment I can't really handle by myself so if I'm happy with how you comlete this project, more will come. You can write and communicate with me in Russian but I will be sending all instructions and commincation in English.
