Dear readers, i am writing in English because i need a designer for this who speaks both English and Russian

Recently we had a project to design a calling card and a website for us.

Now we found a great designer here, but he now ignores us and does not want to finish the project, he is probably too busy and we've probably bored him because we were also too busy and waiting for a government license.

Now we need to continue ASAP, we have license and we need to start production.

We have all the PSDs needed, we need someone who :

-) Work with the PSDs and edit them a bit and finish our calling card design TODAY, he has to do the back end and edit a bit the front end.

-) Add the PSD template of our new website into htm so we can use it, and make our new website in both russian and english, we shall provide the text for that, we need someone to work with the design and enhance it to our needs.
