User Interface Designer (Web and Desktop)

We are looking for a long term relationship with a team or a single graphic designer that has proven track record in the following areas:

-Website Design

-Web Application UI design

-Desktop Application UI design

We currently have 2 projects: Web Application and Desktop Application. Non-exhaustive list of tasks includes:

- Website design and maintenance

- UI design (web application and desktop)

-*Flash intros

-*Flash tutorials

-*Email/letters design

-*Business cards/stationary

You should only bid on the project if you have experience with above. Items with “stars” are desired, but not required.

Your task: in the attached document you fill find two screens. There are 2 tasks:

Improve design and usability of these screens as a web application

Design these screens as desktop application/dialogs

We realize that $10 is somewhat low, but please keep the following in mind

This effort has a potential to lead to a much larger project.

We will accept multiple bids on this project to find a designer whose skills/talent/experience matche our requirements.

This amount is meant to eliminate “work for free” perception and provide incentive to do a good job with the goal of attaining larger project

Bids from designers without portfolios will be ignored.

Platform:

Photoshop or any other image manipulation program

Flash

Desktop applicaiton will be a Window application in Phase 1

Web App should support all major browsers

In order for your bid to be accepted, examples of work in the areas outlined above are required.

Once your bid is accepted, you will deliver 4 screens:

Web App -- Improved overivew screen

Web App -- Improved data entry screen

Desktop App -- Improved overivew screen

Desktop App -- Improved data entry screen
