Full time position.

Ultimately, we need a good illustrator/animator who knows Flash well but can also work in other digital tools. The needs

* Avatar faces -- faces, noses, hair styles, etc. Must match the main style and stringent technical guidelines.

* Backgrounds and stickers. Should be fun and colorful. Many are animated. Animation must be done in flash to preserve look and small file size.

* Friends and pets. Animated character and animals done in the same style as our avatar art.
