Good length; holds in the stomach and smooths the "never-going-away" rolls. Probably should size down if you want extra hold in the waist area. The "waist nipper" will stretch the more you wear it--but I really think they all stretch. This product is perfect to wear under casual clothing. It only got four stars, though, because the wires on the inside tend to dig into the side of the breast and waist when sitting down even with perfect posture. It is a bit uncomfortable, but nothing I can't deal with. Despite that fact, I would HIGHLY recommend this product.
