In the presented contemplation the author expresses his own opin¬ions of the problems of cultural and value fundamentals of specific human movement - physical exercises. In these contemplations he proceeds from very known cultural, anthropological, historical, philo¬sophical and other knowledge. Because the author is satisfied that these knowledge are generally known, he believes that the concrete titles has not to be quoted.

HUMAN MOVEMENT - THE BASIC CULTURAL VALUE

It is entirely natural that animal movement is primarily connected with biological essence of life. It takes both the ontogenesis and phy¬logenesis of all animal species. It is perceived as fundamental condi¬tion as well as presentation of biological existence ("function creates organ") and race reproduction. It is similar also in a man. Movement is understood primarily as condition of his biological existence (thus existence itself) that is logically connected with the terms such as "physical health", "physical fitness", "efficiency", "movement regime" etc.
