We need a software (preferred web based) that will allow us to manager our supplier rates and our selling rates, as well as send email with changes of our selling rates to our clients. Please see some samples of this software bellow.

The supplier rates comes in different formats most of the time in CSV or XLS, each supplier has its own format, so we need them to be optimized to our standard, and have an ability to export all in a single document (CSV or XLS) also would be a big plus is ability to export them directly in to our system.

I do not have a technical assignment but I have a sample links to the software that is already exists.

Rate samples and Master Code database will be provided when it is needed.
