Need Xtra Developer

Hi, We appreciate your working experience and would like to know more about you. What you think of our project? how you will do it?? We would like to hear comments and suggestions on this. We basically play videos, and want to secure them, format we using is WMV, and we are currently using Advance MPEG Xtra for playing these WMV files. We want an xtra that can encrypt our WMV files and plays them in such a way that these files never extract on user's hard drive while decrypting. Can you do this??
