Web site community helper

We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of web site community helper (Moscowk, but remote (part-time) work is possible). The primary

responsibility will be to support web site visitors using live chat.

Requirements:

* Fluent written English (second or third foreign language (esp. Spanish is a bonus)

* Excellent typing skills

* Aptitude

* Good sense of humour

* Good interpersonal and communication skills

Additional requirements:

* Home PC with modern web browser (Firefox, IE6)

* High-speed internet connection
