Подсказать что за ошибки пишет браузер:
Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: "http://kobovec.org.ua/index_kobovec.org.ua_files/style.css".
(index):38 Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: "http://kobovec.org.ua/index_kobovec.org.ua_files/stylesheet.css".
(index):85 Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: "http://kobovec.org.ua/index_kobovec.org.ua_files/wg-settings.css".
(index):35 Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: "http://kobovec.org.ua/index_kobovec.org.ua_files/pagenavi-css.css_ver=2.70".
И стили реально не подгружаются.
