Решить проблему сервера загрузки файлов больше 4мб

Загрузка файла больше 4Мб вызывает ошибку.

Необходимо решить проблему загрузки файлов

Настройки php и базовая настройка nginx была сделана и увеличены лимиты, память и тд, все равно ошибка есть.

Сайт работает через FASTCGI php 7

Привожу ошибку сервера.
