Emaster system skin

I will provide the design in PSD and I need the developer to xhtml, css and skin the Retail (B2C-Business to Consumer) User Interface. eMaster system is template based so we can skin, see the pdf atached for more info. This a .net ecommerce app.

Basically the website layout consists several parts:

Header: The top area displays the logo, company name and main links.

Footer: The bottom area displays links, copyright and information controlled by eMaster.

New product: The new product(item) list.

Category List: Category List for easier search for the products. It can be a pop-up menu with possible more sub-categories.

Search, Login, Special Promotion, and Shopping Cart Status buttons are displayed at the right side of the layout.

THIS IS NOT A DESIGN PROJECT, I WILL PROVIDE THE DESIGN AND THE DEV MUST OPTIMIZE IMAGES, XHTML,CSS AND INTEGRATE DESIGN INTO THE EMASTER TEMPLATE SYSTEM.
