Need Flash Intro

Urgent - Need a flash intro page made for health/wellness website will provide photo for flash image.

Very basic. Intro page to our (mambo) website, that is an image of a sunrise (we provide image) that "opens up" to display a message, before taking you to the website. There should be a "skip intro" button. We havent set a budget, we're looking for bids.
