Online GUI for image and text manipulation

I need an online Graphical User Interface for users to personalize their own products online. Much like the online business card sites but with a whole lot more flare.I will require the use of both bitmap and vector images, layers, and text manipulation.Funtions will include rotaing,resizing,auto cropping,transparancy settings for both text and images. Requires building the GUI and all nessasary databases and components.For some of you this project will test your programming skills to the max, and for others you probably have this already in your closet somewhere.
