Ошибка 500 на сайте (bitrix)

Хостеру писали, они ответили: Скорее всего ошибке в индексном файле или файле .htaccess

Нужно посмотреть и решить проблему. Доступ фтп и админку предоставлю. Пишите сроки и цены.

До этого никаких изменений в коде не производилось. Не знаю, может взломали, хотя все меня убеждали, что bitrix невозможно взломать.

Вот такая ошибка выходит:

Internal Server Error
