1,5 year in Renaissance Credit Bank as Senior QA Engineer – start-up of project, development and implementation of testing processes, development and implementation of Change Management processes, development and implementation of new systems Acceptance Testing Procedure (which included review of documentation, development of Test Plan, development of Testing Scenarios, execution of Testing Scenarios, development of Acceptance Testing Report), managed group of 4 test engineers, who successfully executed regression and functional test scripts for releases and fixes of bank loan processing system. Had constant contact with Client.
3 months in MTS as Senior QA Engineer – took part in several phases of MTS QA Strategy project, which included analysis of testing environments for mission-critical systems and development of recommendations for reconfiguration and improvements based on the analysis results. Also took part in analysis of QA processes implemented in MTS and developed recommendations for its improvement.
3 months in Tele2 as Senior QA Engineer\Project Manager – took part in Budget system (based on Microsoft Performance Point) integration with Documents workflow system (based on IBM Lotus Notes): was involved in testing documentation development for functional and integration testing, in testing itself and testing report development.
4 months in Alfa-Bank as Senior QA Engineer in Performance testing team – development of performance requirements for integration of new automated bank system for branches.
10 months in Alfa-Bank as Project Manager in Functional testing team – resource management, budget management, project plan development, constant communication with Client, weekly reports, start-up of new sub-projects in different Bank departments. Managed group of 15 people.

Gained good working experience as a QA for trading systems (test script development, test script execution, bug processing. Certification plan development). Was involved in several successful projects. Gained knowledge in working with some QA tools, such as Rational ClearQuest, Mercury TestDirector, SQL Navigator. Had constant communication with Client. Managed group of 2 people.
Was on a business trip in San Francisco for 6 weeks.
