Skills:

- Choose the appropriate project management methodology.

- Configure deployment processes and manage releases.

- Develop and maintain a project plan in Microsoft Project and Jira.

- To cope with the backlog from the plan.

- Manage changes on the project.

- Manage the budget of projects with different types of contracts.

- Start a project "from scratch" and configure processes.

- Compile documents such as Project Vision and Scope, Communications Matrix, Work Breakdown Structure, Software Requirements Specification.

- Build effective communication on the project.

- Configure and maintain the process of working with requirements.

- Write competent user story and use case.

- Keep a risk register.

- Motivate the team and resolve conflict situations.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
