I Graduated from Sevastopol naval institute, I took a complete course of studies in “Radio-electronic complexes, systems, arming and military engineering devices” and had been qualified as “Radio-electronic engineer, the military management officer of tactical level “.

Having studied in the institute, I obtained wide range of knowledge in traditional engineering area–mathematics, physics, electronics, radio systems, signal theory, basics television, exploitation of radio systems and arming, theoretical mechanics, metrology and measuring instruments and all disciplines concerning basic naval officer training. My Diploma project was “The design of automatic MR-212 operator’s workplace with the development of hardware devices”. During the time of studying in the institute, I took part in scientific conferences: Naval scientific cadet’s society 2004, naval scientific cadet’s society 2005, Scientific and practical conference “Computer graphics 2004” Sevastopol National technical university, Ukraine, 2004.

I have also written works, which have been published in scientific, engineering, and practical magazines:

- A.A. Baisdrenko, S.V.Palaev, V.V.Lipovskiy “To the question of advancing digital angle-code convertors”. Collection of scientific transactions, 2005 Sevastopol, Part 1(7).

- A.A Baisdrenko, V.V Lipovsky “ Digital methods of angle size in modern calculation systems during the modernization of readiotechnic and automatic systems “, 2004 Sevastopol , Part 3(6)

- V.V Lipovskiy “The prospective direction of modernization the existing NAVY RADAR and SONAR systems”. Marine collection, march 2005, Moscow.

- V.V Lipovskiy “The universal analog to digital converter on ATMEGA8 8-bit microcontroller. Schematics, june 2005, Moscow.

- V.V Lipovsky “Master in electronic clock DS1307”,febrary 2006, Moscow.

From July 2005 I started my career in the group of companies “Unisystem”

In this company I occupy the position of embedded software engineer in the Department of system design and software design. Working as an engineer, I develop special electronic systems to do the complex test procedures of the electronic parts of our company’s production (thermal printers, cash-registers, bank terminals, label thermal printers) and Ethernet interface boards.

On the first stage of the project’s plan I build the generalized structure of the future device. The second step is schematics’ design. During this stage I develop the analog and digital parts, together with other engineers. The main part of the project and the main task delegated to me is embedded software design. It includes the development of the software for MCU or MPU which is the central control element of the projecting device. After the first prototype has been designed successfully, I make the necessary check procedures to find errors in the work of the prototype, and bugs in the work program. My main special skills, i have gotten during my engineering work are next:

- Deep knowledge of the modern analog and digital components;

- Synthesis of analog parts using Micro Cap 7.0;

- Strong Embedded development experience for ARM 7 and AVR microcontrollers;

- Strong practical experience with IDEs( Keil m Vision, AVR studio 4.2, Borland C++);

- Practical experience in PCB design (PCAD 2004);

- Familiar in DSP ( Black Fin, SHARC, TMS );

- Limited knowledge of MathCad and MatLab;

- Strong experience in RS-232, I2C, SPI, Ethernet,

- Familiar in FPGA, CPLD;

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to make deep analysis and to solve the technical problem;

My main language skills are the next:

- Russian: Native;

- Ukrainian: competent user;

- English. IELTS( Listening- 6.0, Reading- 5.5, Writing- 5.0, Speaking- 6.0);
