Program clone

I Wish to make user friendly clone or very similar program to that of a current chaos theory software for private (non commercial) use. Wish to enhancement this new thing with a genetic algorithim to find best fit model of data based on the chaos metrics and functions . When program is finished,..wish to make dll and interface code to a user provide api spec. Wish this custom program to be hooked to mysql 5.0, and to Microsoft sql database as well. Thus ability to build files on the fly in mysql 5.0 and ability to point to sql server 2005 databases will be required. Sample csv,mdb and sql file for example database fields available. Program should make sql files by linking to freely available api from a commercial vendor of data . It is written in vb and cpp . This would allow access to 30000 flatfiles for chaos program to evaluate. Program should be fully able to batch mode all flatfiles in database , in failsafe mode...it should be able to batch mode wihtout failure or shutdown. If error occurs, then it should log error and continue down database file pathway. At the end of batch mode ..it should give a graphic line graph prediction of time series and nice reporting module .Ranking of forecasts in reporting module should also be made as a .xls , html and rtf style report and ranked in order from top to bottom..with greatest predicted upward trend files at top .
