Required: Proficiency in .NET, C#, XML, web services, MS SQL. Good knowledge of NUnit, MS Patterns & Practices, MS Application Blocks. Proven experience in commercial web applications development. Good written & conversational English.

Desired: Team leadership skills & experience.

Knowledge of eXP methodology is a plus.
