Community Site Based on Joomla

Anticipated number of registered users > 300,000 within two years.
Most of content will be provided by users via
articles, comments submission, personal blogs (within the framework of the site), participating in forums and creating user interest groups and communities.
Template Requirements:
1) Should have horizontal menu
with sub menu tabs changing for each individual main menu tab
Examples:
2) Should not take the whole screen up, needs to be re-sized (narrowed) and centered
3) Needs to be scalable or sizable when user changes the size of the screen window
4) May have vertical menu at a few tabs/submenues
5) left hand side vertical menu needs be substituted for
a module that will allow us to have text and image
(f.e. a featured profile or some other similar type text/iamge module)
6) Would be great, but not important,
if the user could pick his/her own color for the site
out of several color schema offered.
Requirements to user interface pages
1) Need to create a sign-up page

2) Need to create a member Profile page
(reflects one's profile after subscription)
The profile page will display one's professional interests,
and will be looking more like a concise resume with a picture.
Data will be drawn from fields user will fill up when signing up.
