Project Manager
ProData Consult Ukraine is looking for Project Manager.
Task description:
1. Elaborate project evaluation. We have a specification of 150+pages for the SMS Gateway application. It includes SMS gateway itself, billing, spam and fraud protection systems, etc. Technologies: J2EE, C/C++, Kannel (www.kannel.org ). Needs to be done: estimation in man-hours, work breakdown structure, project challenges/risks identified, team composition proposed, technical approaches written down.
2. Take/Manage/Lead the project itself: Be responsible for the project application architecture, proper people, tasks, etc. Project is the same.
Requirements are the following:
1. Experience with the telecommunications domain (mobile operators, SMS services, billing, mobile content provider companies). May be something like Solution Architect position or something.
2. Java/J2EE – Project Management and technical experience 3 years at least
3. C - Project Management and technical experience 3 years at least
4. Web programming (PHP, ROR, JSP) – nice to have
We need Project Manager who was responsible for his own estimate, and will lead the team later on.
Start: As soon as possible
Duration: 5-7 monthы
Location: Kiev, Ukraine
Hourly rate: will be negotiating (from 20 y.e/hour)
