8 hours of LAMP server setup training

I am a PHP programmer and need to be trained how to set up a Linux server on my own. I need somebody who

uses a DSL connection at least 128 up and 512 down or better

is familiar and registered with Skype

is prepared to use a ViewSharing tool like Teamviewer or similar free available tool (Glance for example)

can speak a decent English or Russian or German

can train me for ca. 8 hours (4hrs training 1hr break 4hrs training)

won't fall asleep between 8:00 and 23:00 UTC anyday of the week - this is the window for training

knows how to intall, put together and operate the following:

Webmin

Midnight commander

Apache 2

PHP 5

MySQL

PHP Pear

PHPmyAdmin

FTP server

The server has already a SUSE Linux installed and is accessable for me as root.

You will see my screen and talk me through downloads, installations and configurations using Skype.

I'll keep control over keyboard and need you to tell me what to enter.

My experience so far with a LAMP server so far is

programming in PHP (4 years)

mysql database dumps

tar.gz packer (I just need to be reminded of exact command parameters)

using file control commands like cdmod, find, tail, more, mv, cp, grep (with pipes)

some shell scripting 5 years ago

I know I can find all info on internet and man pages, but - it will cost me too much time and nerves.
