Globase International is a Danish software house who has developed the platform called Globase LRM for effective Digital Direct Marketing. Globase LRM is a hosted web based Oracle/Microsoft solution to help kickstart any sales and e-marketing programs (email, sms, offline, survey campaigns).

Globase International is represented by sales offices in Denmark, Germany, Austria and partners in Sweden, UK, and Russia. Headquarter is located in Copenhagen Denmark.

Globase LRM is used by Globase's more than 300 customers to send millions of emails each week. A core requirement is that as many emails as possible reach the inboxes of the recipients. To facilitate a high rate of "inbox success", Globase International is searching for an individual to fully focus on the email deliverability capabilities of Globase LRM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish system operation processes that enable Globase LRM to achieve a market-leading rate of email deliverability

• Further develop understanding and expertise within email deliverability and share this knowledge with Globase LRM support, development, sales and consulting

• Real-time mail queue monitoring based on an industry leading Mail Transfer Agent (MTA)

• Investigate / troubleshoot email deliverability cases, including email spam-filter issues

• Source, deploy and support email deliverability tools

• Communicate with ISP's and email providers like hotmail.com to heighten communication, minimize blocks, & obtain email metrics

• Consult with company's client base on email deliverability and optimization best practices

• Responsible for compliance with Certified Sender Alliance (CSA) and other white lists

• Responsible for guiding clients through anti-spam and privacy law compliance, like the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act

• Create and update documentation for key email deliverability processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

You have a technical education or direct experience with email technology and products.

• Solid hands-on experience with Mail Transfer Agent products (Globase LRM uses PostFix from Port 25, and Oracle SMTP package as a mail engine)

• Experience with Microsoft environment

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of SMTP and HTTP servers as well as DNS in general

• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking

• Solid communication skills (written and oral)

• Commitment to deadlines and willingness to meet the needs of a 24x7 environment

You probably work at ISP(Internet Service Provider) or similar today and recognize most of the item above. You will be working in the operations department and participate in day-to-day work
