Not strong required:

JSP, Actionscript,ASP are not required but if you have those skills will give you extra points.

You must have experience developing CMS, Web based aplications, and payment gateway integration, Ecommerce from scratch and modify existint commercial/opensource applications.During work you must be online on msn/icq/yahoo all the time. You should meet deadlines and also you should be able to go in extra miles if is required.
