Web Developer & Web Master PHP & MySQL on Linux

Looking for a PHP programmer to migrate & enhance the existing php site. In-depth understanding of php, mysql, CSS, HTML, and any community portal software is required. Ability to generate much of error free code based on quick non-technical conversations (e-mails) with the users. Good design decisions and usability enhancements will be highly appreciated!
