A proposal: Outsourcing

You believe that the company you work for should outsource some of its activities. The Managing Director has asked you to write a proposal about this.

Write your proposal for the Managing Director:

• identifying the activities you think could be outsourced
• explaining the potential benefits of outsourcing these activities
• describing how the outsourcing could be organised
• suggesting how the quality of the outsourcing could be monitored.
