My name is Anouk Fletcher. I’m 44 years old and the owner of a beauty salon in Perth, Australia. Alongside managing daily operations, I’ve always paid close attention to design — not only as an aesthetic element, but as a strategic component of business positioning.

For me, design is a practical tool. It shapes perception, builds trust, and influences how clients experience a brand. However, over time I realised that while our physical space felt consistent, our digital presence lacked structure. Social media activity was regular, but not always aligned with clear business objectives. Content felt fragmented, and marketing decisions were often reactive rather than strategic.

To address this, I began working with https://shesellsdigital.com.au. Instead of focusing solely on visuals or posting frequency, we started with a comprehensive marketing foundation: competitor analysis, clearly defined goals, and a structured social media framework. This approach provided clarity about what to publish, how messaging supports brand positioning, and how organic content integrates with paid promotion.

Meta Ads became part of a broader, long-term growth system rather than a short-term experiment. Advertising is now treated as a measurable channel aligned with defined objectives and predictable client acquisition.

Because design remains important to me personally, I stay involved in the visual direction of the brand. The salon interior, social media presence, and advertising creatives now follow a consistent visual identity based on balanced colour palettes, clean layouts, and a sense of calm professionalism. Consistency across all touchpoints reinforces brand credibility.

Today, marketing operates as a structured business process rather than a creative gamble. Strategy, visual identity, and paid promotion work together as a coordinated system designed for sustainable growth. This allows me to focus on client experience and operational management while maintaining confidence in long-term development.
