B2B/B2C Loyalty and Gift Card Ecosystem

A global loyalty and rewards platform providing digital gift cards, employee engagement tools, and customer incentives. We built an integrated ecosystem comprising B2C marketplaces for consumers and B2B tools for corporate clients. Features included a digital gift card issuance and redemption system, customizable employee reward programs, and analytics dashboards for tracking engagement metrics. The backend leveraged Node.js, FastAPI and PostgreSQL for scalability, while the frontend was developed with React to deliver a seamless user experience. Payment gateways, fraud detection mechanisms, and multi-currency support were incorporated to accommodate a global user base.
