HTML/JavaScript developer

We need a consultant to do some HTML/JavaScript development for us. Requirements:

HTML >2 years

JavaScript >2 years

AJAX >1year

Cross-browser DIV layout – mandatory

No art skills required, only solid HTML layout and JavaScript.

I cannot estimate the amount of hours required to complete the project. My best guess is that we will need him to work ~10-30hr/week for 1-4 weeks.
