We need to develop a Facebook lead generation campaign targeting distressed property housing leads in the Philadelphia area .

The aim is to test this idea in the US market primarily using delivery drivers to spot real estate, so they can send leads (photo + address to site/whatsapp) to test landing and later general contractor will (but other people might be fine too).

We're looking to convert leads to test idea and see if it works.

Scope of work

- Create creative of distressed property with text 'see house? - send us & get paid.' (rought text, there is separate version)

- Create Facebook campaign targeting Philadelphia, ages 25-55, interests: delivery, doordash, ubereats (on your own or separate fb account, without using personal ones)

- Ensure conversion by leading to a landing site

- Ensure cost per lead (CPL) is under $10

- Achieve at least 4-5 leads (clicks) per day

- Use provided URL for creative

- Create and send creatives for review

- Create Facebook campaign but do not start before review

- Provide Facebook pixel for site integration

- Share campaign access for topping up

- Report and fix problems for 1-2 days, ensuring at least a couple of clicks

- Monitor spend to stay below $100200/day for a week-long campaign
