В течение часа выбираем исполнителя проекта. проект относительно небольшой около 50 страниц текста. знаки не считали.

всем, кто претендует на выполнение данного проекта, требуется перевести маленький тестовый отрывок из первого договора. по итогам теста мы выберем исполнителя. все цены и сроки в личку. без теста кандидаты не рассматриваются

Итак тест (название компании будет ХХХ):

In addition to the foregoing Borrower acknowledges and agrees that:

a) the Borrowing Base Amount shall be proportionally reduced by the amount of this Request as of the date hereof without regard for the date the proceeds of related Advance are disbursed to XXX;

b) from the date hereof untill the date of the related Advance or cancellation of this IPI, Borrower aggrees to pay Lender the Commitment Fee as set forth in the Agreement;

c) XXX may rely on the terms of this Request (including, without limitation, Borrower's instruction to remit the proceeds of the related Advance directly to XXX) in fulfilling the Supply Contract'

d) notwithstanding anything on the contrary set forth herein, this Request may be terminated by way of release signed by XXX. XXX shal be under no obligation to execute such release and may do so (or decline to do so) in its sole and absolute discretion.
