Blockchain Developer Web3 Tokenization Platform
Blockchain Developer – Web3 Tokenization Platform
Location: Hong Kong / Remote
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Compensation: $70/hour
Start Date: August 1, 2025
We are building the GTABCM Tokenization Platform (GTP)—a web-based infrastructure for governing tokenization standards, issuing regulated digital assets (e.g., bonds, funds, real estate), and supporting industry collaboration. Our platform aligns with regulatory initiatives (e.g., HKMA, SFC) and integrates with financial institutions, regulators, custodians, and legal partners.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and security-conscious Blockchain Developer with deep expertise in Solidity, EVM-compatible chains, and smart contract architecture. You will play a critical role in building the token issuance and lifecycle management layer, integrating with custodians, KYC providers, and internal APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts (Solidity) for tokenized assets (bonds, real estate, funds).
- Integrate smart contracts with backend services and the broader platform (NestJS, PostgreSQL).
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement regulatory-compliant token standards.
- Conduct peer reviews, write tests, and perform audits to ensure robust contract security.
- Interface with blockchain infrastructure (e.g., Polygon Edge, Hyperledger Besu) and custody APIs.
- Support sandbox simulations and testnet deployments for regulatory pilots.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in blockchain development with hands-on Solidity experience.
- Deep knowledge of EVM-compatible chains, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-1400, ERC-3643), and smart contract patterns.
- Experience with private chain deployments (Polygon Edge, Hyperledger Besu preferred).
- Familiarity with backend integration (GraphQL APIs, Node.js/NestJS).
- Understanding of tokenization legal wrappers, compliance, and asset lifecycle management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in smart contract development.
