Project Overview:
Flex is managing multiple cross-regional projects requiring the translation of complex technical and business materials between English and Ukrainian Language
These materials include product manuals, engineering documents, compliance certifications, user guides, corporate policies, and internal communications. Translators will collaborate with content managers, engineers, and regional teams to ensure technical accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate technical documents from English to target language and vice versa with accuracy and clarity
Ensure adherence to industry terminology, product specs, and regional standards
Work with CAT tools and translation memory systems to maintain consistency
Handle confidential data with strict discretion
Collaborate with Flex’s localization leads and reviewers for feedback integration
Participate in optional QA and post-editing tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Native-level fluency in English and the target language
Proven experience in translating manufacturing, engineering, or technical content
Educational background in Engineering, Translation, or Technical Communication preferred
Proficiency in CAT tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ, Smartling)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration in a multicultural, remote environment.
