Несколько эссе на английском (Тема: Public Administration)

Нужно выполнить 36 заданий по курсу Public Administration и Research Methods. Задания простые, но требуют прочтения в общей сложности 30-40 страниц англоязычного текста на общую тематику, связанную с самоуправлением в государстве. В результате должно родиться до 15 страниц уникального текста (по 0,5-1 странице на первые 5 заданий, объем ответов на остальные задания указан в самих заданиях) со ссылками на источники (прилагаются). Источники, пояснения, силабус курса и вся необходимая литература прилагаются. В вопросах я ориентируюсь, но времени на написание не имею, поэтому можно консультироваться со мной по поводу написания, буду направлять.

Первые 5 вопросов изложены ниже, остальные 31 - в файле Research Methods Syllabus на страницах 13, 15, 16. Внимание! Дальше 1-го модуля смотреть не нужно.

Если найдем общий язык с исполнителем, то впереди еще несколько модулей, на которых потребуется аналогичная работа.

MODULE 1 EXAMINATION

RESEARCH METHODS

Directions: For each of the questions below, provide an essay response that is detailed, applies relevant course concepts, and is defended. It may be necessary to do a bit of basic research in order to respond to the questions. I am not looking for simply your opinion—defend that opinion with application of course content.

1. Woodrow Wilson, in his essay “The Study of Administration” (https://ia601603.us.archive.org/7/items/jstor-2139277/2139277.pdf ), stated an argument in favor of separating politics from administration. In your opinion, is this even possible? Why or why not? Defend your response.

2. What is the civil society and why is it critical in achieving “Good Governance?” Defend your response.

3. Why do we do research? How does having a knowledge of how to do research benefit those practicing Public Administration? Fully explain your response.

4. Think of a topic that you might want to conduct a research study about. Go online and locate a source of information that you think you might be able to use in conducting that research. Evaluate the source of the information explaining fully the extent to which it is accurate, authoritative, objective, and current. Provide the URL for the source in your response. NOTE: Remember that you DO NOT actually have to write a research paper as part of this course.

5. Imagine that you are a researcher planning a research study about whether or not having an MPA might relate to the leadership ability of a practicing public administrator. Write both a directional and a nondirectional research hypothesis (as well as their corresponding null hypotheses) for this study.
