Кипрская компания D.G. TECHLINK LTD ищет удаленно тим лида в команду анализа и подготовки отчетов.

Требования к кандидату:

- обязательное знание английского языка не ниже Intermediate

- отличные аналитические способности

- опыт работы на позиции аналитика не менее 4-х лет

- опыт работы с MS SQL Server, MS Report Builder не менее 4-х лет

- T-SQL, в т.ч. хранимые процедуры, функции, триггеры

- опыт оптимизации запросов как плюс

- опыт работы руководителем как плюс

Обязанности:

- руководство командой аналитиков, состоящей из 3х русскоговорящих, постановка и распределение задач

- еженедельное участие в собраниях с американскими коллегами

- участие в анализе требований и подготовке отчетов

- участие во внутренних собраниях команды и компании

З/ п в ЕВРО по результатам собеседования.

Оформление по контракту с испытательным сроком.

Due to continuous expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a Reporting Team Lead to join our team. 

The Reporting team is responsible for storing data, creating and analysing reports and sharing the findings with the related departments. The Report Analysts will also use an electronic database which stores huge amount of data, reviewing system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations; researching and identifying clients to develop project goals, translating stakeholders needs into reporting deliverables, developing performance metrics, delivering ad-hoc reports and assisting in development of advanced technology architecture and data. The Reporting Team Lead oversees ensuring that employees on the team are challenged, developed, and managed. In addition to writing reports, the Reporting Team Lead handles performance, interview support, and onboarding for the Report Analysts ensuring that they are connected to the Techlink team and values. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with hiring and interviewing of new report analysts as well as onboarding of new team members

Works with clients to manage team time, including time tracking and holiday approval

Managing team meetings and team cohesion through individual one on ones and frequent feedback

In coordination with clients, assists with employee performance management, including reviewing output, appraisals, and giving feedback as needed

Assists with connecting the reporting team to the Techlink team and company values

Creates and develops client's high quality, accurate and timely reports

Makes sure that reports deliver the desired outcomes and are not subject to adjustments due to data quality issues

Develops regular and ad-hoc reporting as required for clients

Makes sure that internal reporting requirements are met along with the development of creative reports which take complex data and present it in a simple way

Assists with documenting internal reporting standards, updating department policies, and process improvement

Makes sure that management and stakeholder reports are produced on time and to quality with clarity and simplicity

Ensures Reporting to client is received, logged, stored and communicated to the relevant stakeholders. Also ensure the content is compliant with the Department's Policies and Procedures, for self and other team members

Meets the deadlines and make sure that no delays are experienced in the receipt of reports

Makes sure that stakeholders are not delayed in the production of downstream reporting

Makes sure that any reporting issues are dealt and escalated appropriately

 

Candidate Profile:

Above all, passionate about technology and innovation

Responsible and accountable with a desire to collaborate on a team

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

4+ years' experience in SQL

Very good knowledge of and experienced in publishing reports to SSRS

Experience in Report Analysis and creation will be considered as a plus

Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive

Ability to work independently and with others

Excellent skills in Report Design, Analysis, Creation, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Relationship Building

Work Well Under Pressure

Experience leading a team

Works effectively with virtual teams and team members.

Strong organization, time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
