Доработка PHP скрипта

Нужно довести до ума существующий PHP скрипт videowatchpro.com. Если кто не знаком, это эдакий клон ютуба. Со скриптом всё в порядке, однако некоторых фитч недостаёт. Ниже представлен такслист с примерными трудозатратами:

The main script functionality seems to be working well however some things need adjusting.

The work need is listed below with the Nature and estimated duration:

1 – Troubleshooting, 1 hour: Convert it to PHP5. Originally, the script was written for PHP4 and some code polishing has been done to remove php5 notices & warnings, but there are still some places where it throws notices, so each page should be checked to have no warnings or notices.

2- Troubleshooting, 4 hours: File Upload Progress in members area is not working. This is uber upload and should be plug and play. Not sure what the problem is.

3- Troubleshooting, 2 hours: Video file conversion to flv. Uploaded files should be converted to flv. This function is not working.

4- Enhancement, 3 hours: Watermark Options should be added in the admin panel.

5- New Functionality, 4 hours: Add a "link" field under the video on the video playing page to store uploaders website for the video. Also add it when uploading video.

6- New Functionality, 4 hours: Adding remote upload functionality. We might acquire this module and integrating it will only be needed.

7- New Functionality, 7 hours: Conversion of the category system to the tag system.

8- Possible, N/A: Conversion of the PSD to a template for this website.

Замечу, что 200 – это за пункты 1-7. Но если вы случайно ещё и владеете артистическим складом ума, то 8-й пункт – тоже ваш, естественно за отдельную плату. На выполнение 1-7 даётся неделя.

Требования к работнику:

– знание php, умение пойти на страницу php5 migration guidelines, прочитать и понять её

– знание html

– опционально, но очень желательно знание perl

– перед подачей заявки, убедитесь что вы не аутсорсинговая фирма и что хотя бы немного владеете письменным английским.
