Improving printing images - form development C/C++

We have MDI application (in Visual C/C++).

You will need to develop a separate dialog window (or form) in our app – “Publishing manager” – where users can drag-and-drop the images they want to print. In this way the users will be able to arrange number of images per page, image layouts on page (columns, rows), image size. Then with easy click on some “Print” button the images will be printed exactly as they were arranged in the “Publishing manager”
