Phpmailer подключить GSuite

Нужно phpmailer подключить GSuite

$mail->SMTPDebug = 1;

$mail->isSMTP();

$mail->Host = 'ssl://smtp.gmail.com';

$mail->Port = 465;

$mail->SMTPAuth = true;

$mail->Username = '[email protected]';

$mail->Password = 'pass';

перепробовал много настроек, выдает ошибку
