We are an ambitious international team looking for a passionate BackEnd-Web3 developer to join our growing remote team.We pick people based on their personality and skills. First, we review your personality and make sure you will be a great addition to our team. Second, we will conduct a technical interview to understand your level. Third, if we like both we will make an offer.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in BackEnd development- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.JS, WEB3- Hands-on experience with Express.js or another framework- Experience with GitIt will be a strong plus:- Experience working with Blockchain applications’ backends- Experience using Defi protocols and Blockchains- Experience with RustResponsibilities:- Build web3 backend solutions- Participate in smart contracts development process- Proactive position in technical solutions, processes improvement, etc.- Participate in grooming, planning, and estimation sessions- Code review
